I AM AN IMMIGRANT AND I LIKE IT
live online performance, 8:30, 2011

On December 18, 2012 at 2pm, as part of International Migrants Day and an art event organized by Immigrant Movement International, I did a live online performance titled I am an immigrant and I like it. The overall experience made me rethink how a performance is presented and who is my audience. The live aspect of the online performance and the availability to the whole internet world provide a more realistic and instantaneous art creation. The internet allows for displaying my work from any location to any art or public space in the world, reaching a wider audience and initiating online dialogue. The message of my performance is simple and clear.
